Same here. My Logitech C270 worked out of the box in 11.04, but it
doesn't now. Resolution is 1920x1080, and I am using the proprietary
fglrx-updates driver.

This bug also affects me just that my camera is a C300:
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 046d:0805 Logitech, Inc. Webcam C300
This model is capable of up to 1280x1024 and symptoms are the same
