Same probleme here with latest firefox off today.
When you go to www.cnn.com and watch a video firefox crashed with no crash
report !
This is the output from the terminal :

I have more information.
The application in question is Nagios 1.2
Which has inbedded sound on the page. Usually this isn't a problem for
firefox. However when i was running firefox from the shell to create a
new profile i spotted the following message after the crash. Which seems
to be connected

package and try to obtain a backtrace (or crash report) by following the
