Hi Chris,
1. the specific steps or actions that caused me to encounter the problem :: -
On right-click of mouse on the right bottom corner of Office-Writer for size
change.
2. the behavior I expected :: - Expected the mouse to just be an arrow for size
change of Office window.

this i think, exactly describes what I am getting ..
" WORKAROUND: Make sure the black arrow pointing down and right shows
up, then resize is successful. "
