I have not installed any extensions that I know of. I think the only
package is the flash player. Is there a way for me to look them up and
see for sure?

Yes, there seems to be an issue with apport-retrace in edgy (See bug
#65914 ). This attached patch should override it. We'll need to update
that wiki page :)
To apply the patch if you don't know yet, you need to do, as root:
patch -p0 < apport-retrace.patch
If you still have problems with apport

Retrace done, but lacks many info, however looks like a flashplugin
