It looks like your printer is not detected (hp:/no_device_found).
Please follow the steps described here in issue 2:

Attach the dmesg output and the output of /usr/lib/cups/backend/hp

I haven't fixed the problem in previous versions cause it worked by itself.
In feisty herd 3 printer doesn't print neither if connected from the beginning.
The file is /etc/cups/printers.conf is...empty! But the printer is installed
from the control center
