I was doing something at htc.com, but I wasn't looking for this at the
time so I don't know exactly what I did to make it happen. I'll try to

Can you give an example of a website where this happens? I have visited
a site where I get lots of cookie popups before (which is annoying), but
I have never had problems with them being out of order.
