filename and the attachment filename contain spaces. So it looks like
this has been fixed by the newer versions of one or more of these
software entities.

I'd like to get more details about how to reproduce this; may I know
what email client you're using when this happens?
On the topic of renaming the button for better clarity, I'll bring that
up with the rest of the team ASAP.
