That's not a bug file - it's the wubildr.mbr which is used to boot
Ubuntu that is installed through Wubi.
There is a Wubi log file that provides information on the install
attempt and diagnostics on why it may have been unsuccessful. To check
this, hit the windows start key and enter: %temp%\wubi
