I do not believe that we've seen this issue in the later releases of
Diablo and in Essex. I think that we can close this bug unless someone

This seems important, but I think we need a repro case. Dave: if uec-
publish-tarball is important for deployments, perhaps the best solution
is to do a test deployment using S3 frontend for swift and see if it is
possible to get nova to work with that instead of nova-objectstoer

@Dave: nova-objectstore is still very much needed if you want to upload
images "the ec2 way". Do you know what Ubuntu Cloud wants to recommend
using ? Glance directly, or uec-publish-tarball ?

I believe nova-objectstore is not recommended to be used in a production
environment, in favour of using swift. However, whilst we are shipping
nova-objectstore we need to look at issues such as this.
However, as there is a valid work around, marking importance low.
