time to show login or register form. So this might be actual for first-time

my bad, please forget my previous comment I was running the classic version (I
have actually tried with software-center-gtk3 and now I am able to reproduce
the issue)

reproduce it, actually is displayed correctly (I have tried to reproduce
it with two packages, blender and ubuntu restricted extras).
