Finally fixed when I do a
$ sudo dpkg-reconfigure python-gnupginterface
Updates work again!

I don't think I have had this crash since Herd 2, but here's the info in Ubuntu
7.04 Beta.

It looks like pysupport failed to correctly setup python-gnupginterface
in this case.

It is missing GnuPGInterface
Putting a symlink in /usr/lib/python.2.5/site-packages to
/usr/share/python-support/python-gnupginterface/GnuPGInterface.py
Fixes it.
This is not the bugfix though. The fix must make sure the right paths are
searched by python.
