OK, the .pc file is the same, whether it's built with gnome deps or not,
so only the dependency needs to be fixed I think.

Hum, it also ships a .pc file which the compilation flags, which (I
think) is dependent of the goffice build option. I'll look at this.

then libgnoffice-0-dev should depend on either if the two libs. IIRC
there is no need for a separate libgoffice-gtk-dev since it contains
header files, docs and the .so symlink which are independent of whether
it's built with gnome deps or not.
