Can confirm this with a PAE kernel. Stoped vboxdrv and suspending is no
problem any more (hibernating and sleep).

I also confirm about VirtualBox 4.1 kernel modules.
After you quit or remove them, you can sleep works fine again.
Doesn't care about pae or non-pae vertions.

@Herton R. Krzesinski (herton): If I remove all vbox
(vboxpci,vboxnetadp,vboxnetflt,vboxdrv) modules then it's works. If I
remove all virtualbox modules except vboxdrv, then it's freeze in the
same way.
