Hola compadre. I'm not sure a screenshot would help here. I'll try to explain instead: If you open a pdf file with evince, then press the middle button and keep it down, you kind of "grab" the page and it moves with the cursor. Epiphany has the same feature, and I'd really like liferea to have it
