I contacted nqc developer about the USB support. In fixing the USB
support, I ran into an issue on AMD64 architecture, which he also fixed.
The author has now updated nqc to v3.1r6
(http://bricxcc.sourceforge.net/nqc/).
The source code on the website does not include support for the USB
tower by
