Gutsy (x86) gnome-phone-manager 0.10 seems to be not session-aware. It
starts to work perfectly if I add it to startup programs, though.

I can confirm this for feisty AMD64. Note that this occurs only when
starting a session in which gnome-phone-manager is included.
