Jaunty alpha3.

The bug is still an issue. Moreover, it creates links even when
inserting while Insert->Picture->From file.
I'll need manually break links from Edit->Links

I didn't actually verify it had fixed that bug saw mention of it in the
changelog. So its ok that is not fixed in hardy. I will contact the
person who apparently thought they fixed the bug to see why it still
doesn't work though.

This appears not to be fixed in 1:2.4.1-1ubuntu2 The dragged image is
still missing. That said, I don't this this issue should influence
whether 1:2.4.1-1ubuntu2 gets moved to -updates.
