This appears to not have synced with Debian before the import freeze. I
believe this will fix several bugs. lp:749072 lp:457933 maybe more.

Ubuntu has semi-automatic tools to sync new packages from Debian so it
will most likely appear in the next Ubuntu release. This is being
marked invalid.

We need someone to build the .tar to see if this fixes the build bugs.
In the release log, it does state it fixes these issues.
