Hi. Sorry for the delay. Here is how I'm able to reproduce this problem: 1) Boot up Ubuntu 12.04 live cd 2) Install CCSM (you'll probably need to update apt sources) 3) Run CCSM disable ubuntu unity plugin and enable wobbly windows. You might need to enable other plugins to make system usable. 4
