Time applet refreshes a
At the moment indicator-datetime-preferences is not starting in Oneiric
so I cant enable it to show seconds in the panel. Once that works I will
be able to try to reproduce this bug. For now setting it to NEW though I
still am not sure if its a Unity bug to refresh or the indicator. I am
more for U

i have not seen this issue and don't find the steps to reproduce it (and don't
knw which situation are necessary for its reproduction)
