I really need the option to import radio station list too.
Why has this not been implemented yet?

Ubuntu One could be a "bridge
You can create a playlist under the Radio stations option, and then
export that playlist. Would that work?

doh!, I'm sorry I got confused with another issue instead heh. as far as
I know there is not a way to import/export a radio station list, by the
way, I am running banshee 2.1 from daily ppa repository and there isn't
an option to do that, yet.

yes, but this enables importing from another aplication NOT a file like
m3u or similar. And there is not exporting option to a file.
