That's not a GTK bug anyway, you probably have to install some theme
engine to make it work. Closing the bug, that's not an Ubuntu bug. Feel
free to use the support tracker for getting help on how to install it

what theme do you use exactly? The theme with the blue bars is "tish-
aquastyle", is that the one you picked?

doesn't use a gtk theme engine that you don't have installed? What
version of Ubuntu do you use? Do you have any error on the command line
if you run an application from there?
