dependency on old libpe
I'm marking this as confirmed as there are lot of people affected
running the Oneiric development cycle.
Reason: The package Pidgin (1:2.7.11-1ubuntu3) needs to be rebuilt successfully
towards Perl 5.12.
Tried but failed as mentioned above.

there try a pigdin with perl 5.12, but the build failed. you can see there
