I don't see the number of this bug in the changelog, but on Precise,
there is a dropdown above the reviews, from which I can select the
language of the reviews shown (but only one language at a time).
Can we consider this bug fixed?

appears from the Google Translate API page that the API is now
deprecated and is apparently going to be shut down completely on Dec. 1
of 2011:
