Apologies - problem IS still there, i.e. Bluetooth device still
disappears after suspend. The peculiar inability to suspend repeatedly
with Bluetooth/wifi on has gone (comment #4), though.

Fixed on 11.10 - thank you. Switching off Bluetooth still switches off
wifi though!

I can suspend repeatedly IF I turn off Bluetooth before suspending. But
then I have to switch it on again on resume because otherwise wifi
doesn't work.

With 2.6.38-11 the bluetooth logo still shows active after suspend...
but then it won't suspend or hibernate again until it is rebooted! (And
turning off Bluetooth STILL turns off Wifi.)

Another clue. Hibernate does not cause this problem. However, if I
hibernate after suspending I consistently get the following error
messages:
uchi_hcd :00:1d.2 host controller halted, very bad!
uchi_hcd :00:1d:2 HC died; cleaning up
