gnome-launch-box does not seem to exist anymore in the repositories.
There are now alternatives such as gnome-do and kupfer.

I can confirm that on a fresh install of Gutsy Gibbon (7.10) with
completely up to date packages, I am still getting:

failed: (parser->current_bookmark == NULL)
