In my case I installed gnome-shell and after some weeks reverted back to
unity. And after this process, had this error.
I tried installing libdconf0 but didn't solve the problem. What can I
do?

Yup, it was missing, and installing it immediately fixed the problem and
dramatically solved the situation. Now I have all my former gnome
launchers listed.
