I wish I still had a borked system to work through this bug but, when I was dealing with the bug, re-installing the gjs and gobject- introspection packages didn't fix it. Not sure about the new software versions just pushed through the repository though. -- You received this bug notification beca

vovkkk: Starting mutter from the command line will get you a semi-usable desktop but I never found a way to fix the problem. I ended up re-installing Ubuntu and Gnome 3 all over again. The bug hasn't occurred again. I also immediately un-installed unity and all unity related packages before I inst
