Must have been an issue with the mirrors as stated when I first tried
the dist-upgrade the first day it was available. Did a flawless upgrade
to 11.04 over the weekend. This bug could possible be closed as
resolved.

I don't know about the original reporter, but I have been experiencing
this bug consistently for days. I will attach my own main.log file in
case it differs.
