Silly me. In Efax-gtk, Click File-Settings menu entry. Then set Serial
Device (in Modem tab) to ttyACM0. Then works fine.

I've tried removing efax-gtk and installing from Eugenesan's ppa (v3.2.5
for efax-gtk. No success.
I've tried removing dgcmodem & installing it (version 1.13) from
linuxant website. No success.
