Jani Monoses, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an
issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development
release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from

Hi,
I've had the same problem. Adding
acpi_osi=Linux
to my boot command (GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT defined in
/etc/default/grub ) made it work OK :)

The only one Fn-Key which successfully work is the LCD on/of
