I also have shifted pixels in the title/menu bar and the launcher bar.
Also, on my machine this can also be seen in the launcher tooltips.

There is also a bug with dragging icons off of the dock if you have
Chromium focused. I've noticed sometimes that the launcher also won't
open when Chromium is focused as well, but no sure way to duplicate the
problem.
