After 3-4 hours of work, and half of a patch, I realized that my work
would be unmaintainable, since it is simply downloaded from TLDP every

I can confirm this on edgy. If the maintainers don't mind, some time
over the holidays, I could spend an afternoon organizing and ordering
them, and make a pretty index page with links to all the HOWTO's as
well.
