Official support for Ubuntu 11.04 "Natty Narwhal" has ended. If this is
still occurring on Ubuntu 13.04 "Raring Ringtail" please file a new bug
report so that we can get a fresh set of logs and system info.

I modified KDM conf and now it seems to work.
shutdown command in KDM:
/sbin/shutdown -h now
