Able to start X when connected by DVI if I specify nomodeset. Again,
doing so makes it impossible to use both monitors.

Regarding comment #2... when connected by DVI I reach a bash login and
do not see any segfault in dmesg. However X still does not start.

Problem manifests slightly different when the laptop is docked at home.
Instead of Display Port connectors (which are used at the office), my
monitors at home are connected by DVI.
