TranDu, I confirm, that your solution works for me! For the name of
workgroup I used my Windows Domain Name. Now every document opens and
saves properly. But I still would like to do it more easy, using the
wizard "Connect do server" from Ubuntu.

I have a little different problem, but I think it is connected with the
above:
I use Feisty 7.04, OO 2.2 and I am connected to my Windows domain (not
workgroup).
I created connection to my network share (let's name it share$ as it is hidden
share) via: Places->Connect with server, selecting the
1- If PC0 is a computer in a windows network and my document is a shared folder:
//PC0/my document
2- If PC0 is the computer with Kubuntu and Windows:
K Menu - System Settings - Advanced - Disks & Filesystems - Administrator Mode

I have got the same problem in Kubuntu Edgy and Fedora 6 with KDE but
not in Ubuntu Edgy. So it is a bug of KDE, not OOo?

1- Install smbfs: sudo apt-get install smbfs
2- Put into /etc/fstab: (sudo kate /etc/fstab)
//servername/sharename /home/username/sharename smbfs
credentials=/home/username/.smbpasswd,workgroup=ABC.COM,umask=000,uid=1000,gid=1000

(all are only in one line)
3- Create directo
I have just got simmilar problem, when i want save ooo write i got this message
'Saving using protocol "smb" is not supported.'
how to fixed this bugs...
