I did some further investigations and found that this is not a
ksystemlog-bug but a bug in domino (the kde-style i use). The bug
disappears if i switch to another style.
I'm going to bother the domino-authors now :-)

I could not replicate this. What kind of system are you using? I failed
replicating this on Edgy with KDE 3.5.5. Do you have any ideas how to
replicate this bug?
