At least part of mm-common 0.9.3 (doc-install.pl doc-postprocess.pl
doxygen.css tagfile-to-devhelp2.xsl) has already been in main through
libglibmm-2.4-dev package - they have been moved to mm-common.

Rationale: mm-common is a new build-time dependency of glibmm2.4. It provides
a bunch of autotools scripts for other mm programs to use during build time.
