ok, closing it, having the title in the wm bar would win screen space
over having it in the applet though

but you can close the Bug now. I learnt that gnome-classic (or gnome
panel) will not be in OO release.

Hi,
In fact I thank that the appmenu in UNITY was in the titlebar of the
windows when it wasn't maximised , but in reality, the appmenu is always
in the panel.
So it's not a bug but a new Idea like this :
