mantainers seems freezed on the time:

../../../pyshared/TurtleArt, that is /usr/share/pyshared/TurtleArt,
which does not exist.

The Sugar TurtleArt 98.1 package does not include tapalette.py, an
essential Python library. TurtleArt thus fails to start, with a log
message saying that tapallette cannot be imported.
When I extract tapalette.py from a later version of Turtle Blocks and
install it in /usr/share/pyshared/sugar/gr
