This is fixed since Oneiric, the Dash sports controls for
maximizing/unmaximizing and closing, just like a normal window.

unity could also remember and save status. if i click on maximize, dash
will always open maximized and when i click on un-maximize button it
will return back to previous size... even better, dash could be also
resizeable :)
