Actually, I have had this issue when using other hotspots (at hotels,
etc). What I was trying to say was that no other device ever connected
to the Airport has ever had issues

I see JC Hulce's answer ... that the problem only occurs on his Airport.
Can the rest of you confirm whether the problem occurs on one particular
router or multiple routers?

Can the people having this issue please attach the following from a terminal:
lsb_release -a
uname -r
and from logs:
dmesg > dmesg.log (attach the dmesg to the report)
lspci -vvnn > lspci.log (attach the lspci to the report)
This will help get people more information about what's going on.
