I have a similar problem, but on Feisty. Several days ago I stopped
getting any changes at all.
I'm not sure it's an update manager bug though, aptitude fails to get
the changelog, too:
$aptitude changelog anacron
Ign ChangeLog of anacron
E: Couldn't fetch URL
http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/change
hmm, it does look similar to it. i suppose it may be fair to mark it as
a dupe, which i'd do myself, but can't figure out how to :)

attaching a screenshot to demonstrate, for good measure. :) note that
this is now Nov. 19, 2006, and the xorg-driver version that is listed in
the update has been out for more than a week now, so the changes should
have propagated... and yet nothing shows up.
