I just tried Ubuntu 10.10 with acpi=off via grub - this makes suspend
impossible now - maybe this is acpi problem? some broken support for
this model?

I have tried latest Alpha1 (11.10) and I get the same behavior all the

So I have tried also KernelMainline both 2.6.35 and 2.6.38 failed. I get
the same problem - suspend goes fine (I see some HDD activity) and when
I try to resume nothing happens. CapsLock doesn't work and I can't see
any HDD activity (LED is off at all times) after I press power button
