There seems to be a moderate number of reports with the same behaviour
so unless someone thinks the opposite I'm going to merge those common
reports.

Visiting http://www.usingcsp.com/ and clicking (with left mouse button)
http://www.usingcsp.com/cspbook.pdf caused a crash. I would post the
crash dump, but 27.9MB isn't working.
