i also face the same problem. Mine is inspiron mini 1018. f2 key is not
working and wireless netyworks have been disabled by hardware switch. i
do not understand how to install the bug fix. please specify in laymans
terms.

My bad. Please ignore the comment above. It is an embarrassing mistake.
