Incomplete support for App
The xprop seems to indicate that the XKB config took a fallback path,
pc105 instead of the applealu_iso you specified in Gnome. This issue
looks different from that of comment #4.

I'm running Maverick with package xkb-data from Natty (2.1-1ubuntu3) as you.
I can run the keyboard without apparent troubles. xprop gives the following XKB
settings:

I've just upgraded to Natty Beta2 and have run into what appears to be
the same bug. The number pad is not working and some key mappings are
incorrect (hash, pound sign).
Previously, my Apple aluminium keyboard worked fine when the right
options were set in the Gnome keyboard preferences. However,

Doh! I dimly recall wondering about that seventh patch but I don't
