Apologies - I shouldn't have posted when full of cold and flu :(
I made the fatal error of assuming that it was my human error when it's
not :)
Thanks for the e-mail - I'm subscribed again and will follow this
hopefully to some sort of resolution.

No I can't and no it's not.
It's been the same now on a default install for longer than I remember.
I'd not bother and to be frank I'm not really sure why I even bothered
reporting it, I'm unsubscribing.
