File > New > Templates and Documents > Templates > My Templates > Crash.
(OpenOffice Recovery tool says: "Click 'N
Thanks a million Vincenzo, I had the same problem (it's fun playing with
orca... :P ) but would never have suspected orca to crash my openoffice
installation.
