Thanks for your bug report. First of all: not using 'gksu' is not a
problem - only users of the admin group can use it. However the "The
configuration could not be loaded" message is a problem. Can you start
'time-admin' from the command line and see if there is any output?

I can confirm this bug. Moreover it's possible to share a folder in
"Shared Folders" without the root password...it's not so safe...

This msg. apperars also when you click left button on the clock applet and
choose date/time prefs.
On every user account even on the first time created user durning instalation.
